Stand tall.
Drop my shoulders,
And stand

Mountain.
Stand feet astride,
Stand strong.
Stand even.

Stand with purpose,
Stand focussed.
Stand against
The storm,

That buffers
And engulfs me.
That catches me out.
When I least expect it.

Stand.
Lest I fall.
